These terms govern the purchase and use of Snack de la Alegría, a digital product offered by ConvertAds Digital Marketing LLC (Wyoming Limited Liability Company, USA, EIN 98-1986866, 8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Doral, FL 33166, USA (mailing address), convertadsdigitalmarketing.com). By purchasing or using the product you accept these conditions.
1. The product
Snack de la Alegría is a web application with recipes, guides and snack menus for children. The complete main product costs US$27 as a one-time payment. The optional Family Snack Routine Kit costs US$39 and the Family Food Discovery Cards cost US$47, each sold separately. The main pack does not require either add-on. No physical product is shipped.
2. Purchase and payment
The payment is one-time, without subscriptions or recurring charges, and is processed by the 3B Pagamentos payment platform. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD); Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion and own fees.
3. Access
After confirmation of payment you will receive by email the access link to the app of your plan. Access is personal and non-transferable and is maintained as long as the product is available.
4. User license
- You may use the content for personal and family purposes, and print the materials for your own use.
- You are not allowed to resell, publicly share, copy or distribute the content.
5. Health notice
The content is for informational and educational purposes. This does not replace advice from a pediatrician or registered dietitian; check your family’s allergies and intolerances. Always cook with adult supervision.
6. Warranty and refunds

7. Liability
ConvertAds Digital Marketing LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper use of utensils or results of recipes prepared without following directions. Always check ingredient labels.
