You can request a refund within 7 calendar days after the purchase, without having to justify the reason.

2. How to apply

• Write to contact@convertadsdigitalmarketing.com from the email used in the purchase.
• Include your name, the product purchased and your transaction reference.

3. Money back

We return 100% of the amount paid by the same means of payment, through 3B Pagamentos. The period in which it is reflected depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. After refund

Access to the product is terminated.

5. Out of deadline

Requests after 7 days are not eligible, except where required by applicable law.
